The product quality for the price --i.e. the value--was very good. My only constructive feedback was your customer service was not up to par. I sent numerous emails asking when I can expect the product to be delivered (the tracking didn't work) and nobody replied. You need to improve upon this!

Very nice leather wallet. The engraving was beautiful. I was a bit surprised at the size-it was more "coin purse" size than full-wallet size. Maybe that was my oversight, not checking the dimensions, but it is a very nice little wallet. My daughter will love it.
